I like to include them in female’s bags along with some baby soap when we make them to pass out to the needy and homeless in my area. They’ve been donated by several businesses near us as a healthier and more affordable option for women in need of these things. I don’t need them anymore so it’s a great way to spend the money I’d otherwise spend on tampons every month. I love my Diva cup and I’m going on 7 years of using it. I will never go back to tampons ever. I’ve never had to change it in public, so I’ve had no embarrassing moments with it. I empty twice, morning and night, in the Autism is not a tragedy ignorance is shirt. I highly recommend them. I’ve been using my Cali Cup for three years and I don’t have a heavy flow and I only change it once a day, while in the shower. The most convenient, cost effective, green decision I could ever make!

just sounds like too much work and money. I don’t have time to be fiddling around trying to make these cups fit right and buying new ones if it doesn’t. And still being paranoid all day that it’s gonna slip out and spill all over the place. My gyn said no anyway because of my iud. I just got myself a cup. I put it in a couple of times for practice. I actually found inserting it easier than inserting tampons and more comfortable too. My period will be starting either Monday or Tuesday so i’ll see how I go with it while on my period. All of this completely changed my life and it isn’t really that gross, I’ve never got it all over my hands or anything. I don’t have to worry about having enough tampons/pads or the Autism is not a tragedy ignorance is shirt I produce in a few days using those products. It’s totally comfy and only have to empty it 2-3 times a day, no worries at night.
